For almost 15 years, I’ve been on my own fitness journey. From building strength to prepping for a bikini competition to even being a sponsored athlete. During my time in the industry I have had the privilege of working with so many inspiring people: from pre and post-natal clients, to total beginners and advanced athletes, to those overcoming mobility issues or gym anxiety. Each journey is unique, and each one just as rewarding.
Most importantly, nothing beats helping people become more confident and learn to love themselves, inside and outside the gym.

For over 20 years, fitness has been my passion. For more than a decade, it’s been my profession. That journey let me to co-found The Gym Vault with my partner Amy.
But sometimes life teaches you the most profound lessons. In 2021 I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and lost 28lbs in a month. It was a tough reset, but it ignited a new fire in me.
Now, more than ever, I’m dedicated to understanding the incredible human body - not just in theory, but in practice. My own journey has become my most valuable tool in helping others navigate theirs.
